Dr. Terence Kwai Lam Wong

Dr. Terence Kwai Lam Wong has had over 40 years of experience working and leading the media sector in Hong Kong, Toronto, and Vancouver.  In his early career development, Dr. Wong worked with Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) as a program compere, radio program producer and on-air talent with Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Corporation (CR 1), Hong Kong Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd.(TVB) and Asia Television Ltd.(ATV).  In the mid 1970’s, Dr. TerenceWong gained further proficiency training in presentation techniques with the National Broadcasting School in England.   In the mid 1980’s, Dr. Terence Wong held a number of senior positions with broadcasting organizations in Canada.  He held various positions such as the Creative Director, Marketing Director, and Vice-President at Chinavision Canada Corporation, CFMT International Television, Chinese Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Fairchild Television, Canadian Chinese Radio (Vancouver), and Toronto Chinese Radio.  Over the past years, Dr. TerenceWong has been actively organizing substantially in the new broadcasters (DJ) training.   Dr. Terence Wong is a professional public speaker and trainer, with courses specializing in sales and communication skills, human relationships, and crisis management.  He has conducted seminars and workshops for many organizations and education institutes in Hong Kong including the Mass Transit Railway (MTR), Hong Kong Television Broadcasting Ltd. (TVB), Hong Kong Jockey Club, Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC), Bank of China, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd., Hong Kong University, various government departments including the Hong Kong Police and Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department, and numerous other organizations in the insurance and real estate industries. In 1982, Dr. Terence Wong founded the Hong Kong COMMA Society, which is an association formed with many notable public figures in Hong Kong focusing on the art of public speaking and interpersonal communication.  Since then, Dr. Terence Wong has published a score of books dealing with topics such as interpersonal relationships, positive lifestyles, personal growth, the art of public speaking, and crisis management.  Dr. Wong also regularly publishes articles in the newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong. Dr. Terence Wong is widely known for his dynamic speeches and rich training and lecture experience.  He now mostly does corporate training and consulting for large firms in Hong Kong and China. Dr. Terence Wong was invited to join the senior executive team of GoFun Group since 2010, and contributed his valuable marketing and management experience to the Group.

黃桂林博士 簡歷 美國加州大學管理哲學博士，資深跨傳媒工作者，自1976年起曾任職香港電台電視部、1980年赴笈英國接受專業廣播文憑訓練，其後曾先後任職於香港無線電視、亞洲電視、商業電台、新城電台及加拿大各大傳媒機構，至今擁有近四十年傳媒工作經驗。 目前仍擔任香港電台開心日報節目主持。 黃博士除了從事傳媒工作外，亦參予市務推廣及人才培訓工作，曾為香港鐵路公司、香港賽馬會、匯豐銀行、中國銀行、國泰航空、各大保險公司、地產代理及香港警察、海關、入境處、房屋署、勞工處等多個政府部門、大專院校作培訓導師，亦擔任香港無線電視藝員班及2000年至2011年香港小姐競選口才及形象訓練導師。 1982年開創「人際口才」訓練課程，並於香港藝術中心創辦「廣播藝術研習班」，更在各大學術、政府及商業機構策劃「人際口才」企業人才培訓課程，被譽為「人際口才」訓練專家。善長將艱深抽象的理論，化為淺易的實踐例子，因而深受學員歡迎。 1987年創立「香港人際口才學會」，積極推動說話藝術訓練。著作有「說和話 ─ 口才自學法」、「每天進步多一些」、「知己知彼 ─ 優質行政人員心法20式」及「活得更精彩系列」、「辦公室突圍64法」、「創業智富」等暢銷書籍。 1996年於加拿大創立QBMA「優質品牌管理協會」，推動品牌文化及培訓，與各行業定期舉辦優質品牌頒獎活動。 2003年成立「網絡教育傳播有限公司」，致力提倡終生學習，以及促進、研究、規劃通識教育課程，提供全面自我學習機會，並開創以新媒體廣告配合教育培訓、寓教於樂、創意推展各類宣傳資訊。 2004年三月被「北京亞太未來教育研究院」委任為廣播教育顧問，致力協助中國中小學教改工作。 2005年成立「黃桂林演藝工作室」，引用戲劇訓練元素，注入企業人才培訓及培養演藝人才。 2006獲傳媒頒發「亞洲十大企業培訓師」殊榮。黃博士擁有豐富的培訓及演講經驗，多年來經常接受報章雜誌專題訪問，現為求職廣場「職場增值」、成報「成就非凡」及新報「生活教練」專欄作家。
